In the case of Universal Rooms, the opening to the hall is 107cm wide, to the
bedroom 100cm wide and to the bathroom 90cm wide. |
Do you have Internet access in any guest
room?
Some guest rooms on the eighth and ninth floors are equipped with an Internet
connection. Please write your request in the Remarks section of the online reservation
form. |
Can I borrow a baby bed and baby carriage?
Yes and for free of charge. However, the number of available beds and carriages
are limited. |
Can I choose a non-smoking room or a
room on a high floor?
Yes, but it's subject to availability. |
How much is the parking charge for hotel

Do you offer in-room massage service?
Yes. The massage service is available from 8:00pm to 1:00am. The charge for body
massage is 4,000 yen for one hour. For foot massage, 2000 yen for 20 minutes.
All rates include tax and service charge. |
